Hello Everybody.
I am suffering from Depression with anxiety.I was on Insidon(a tricyclic antidepressant) for about 4 months with good results but had to stop as its not recommended for longer periods.Recently have started taking SJW German brand named "Felis 650".I take 2 tablets a day which means 1300 mg per day.Does anybody know anything about this brand?
Today is 60th day on SJW and I feel it's working.What about SJW+alcohol.

I strongly recommend Perika from Nature's Way. It is by far the best St. John's Wort supplement out there. It is the gold standard. It is standardized with 3% Hyperforin.

Hi,
I've only just started on Felis 425, so it's too early to feel any effect. I'll be sticking with it for at least three weeks to make sure it has time to kick in. I was told it usually takes a few weeks to feel any benefit from it.

Hi.
Do you think 425 mg is enough.how many tablets are you taking in a day?I feel it starts working after 4 weeks.Wish you good luck.Thank you for reply.keep in touch.
