Hi, thanks in advance for any info you can give me. I started on Solar Ray and was told by herbalist that "New Chapter" is one of the best. One tablet daily, has what they say is a guaranteed potency?!?!?!?. They also told me to take an amino acid supplement and also fish oil???

fish oil is good for you anyway, i can tell you that. make sure you buy a good one. omega3 (EPA + DHA) should be more than 70%, the higher the better.
