Wanted to let everyone know that I personally did not have the greatest luck with Rhodiola-Nature's Plus Brand. It's probably not the brand because on paper it seems to be really good. Maybe Rhodiola is just not for me. It didn't relieve much anxiety and it tended to agitate me. Tried it for one and a half weeks double dosage.
