Topic Title: nature's sunshine? anybody?

Finally decided to stop "toughing out" my rough stretch that came right around graduating college (been 3 years now- gad I'm stubborn) and do something about what I've come to accept as depression.
I'm poor with no health insurance, so necessity is definitely a contributing factor (as well as my general uneasiness about drugs sold on television) to trying St. john's wort. Found a neat store in my home town that sold this brand Nature's Sunshine. Checked out their website and they seem to be a quality outfit.
Standardized 0.3% hypericin (also hyperforin?) in 2 450mg tablets a day. Sounded good. Just started and want to know if anybody had any experience with this particular brand of SJW or any other herbal they make. Thanks!
