Did I waste my money? I didn't know that there could be an ineffective St. Johns Wort.

Thanks a lot. I have been using the ones that I have anyway. I will probably buy a new brand before I run out of these just so I can compare.

Epyx is right,you'd better buy extract-based STJ,0.3% herperin
that is the common spc .

I think I might have overstated the point when I said GNC Fingerprinted SJW was "ineffective". It's not useless, but it's nowhere near as good as their Standardised product and I think it's much harder to get a good result from it.
Try it and see how you go, but buy an extract-based product when you run out -- preferably one that mentions "hyperforin" on the label.
