Nature's Aid in the UK are very good and very reasonable too. Also, Joy Pills, which you can buy over the internet, seem to be good quality. Have had good results with both.
I don't like SJW in vegicaps - much prefer it in pill/compressed form for some reason.

Having discovered SJW thorugh this website, I discovered that my local Tesco supermarket stock their own brand.
They are in the form of a small compressed pill and have a concentrated standardised extract of 170mg, providing 500 micrograms of Hypericin.
They come in a box of 30, with a recommended dose of just one pill a day. The best bit is that they only cost £2.98 for a box!
While I know that everyone responds differently, they seemed to have a positive effect on me within hours. I have been experimenting with my own dosage/timing, but have never taken more than two in a day
I have also considered that there may have been a placebo effect caused by the positive feedback I have read about SJW on this web site. But hey, I feel a lot better since I started taking it so who cares!

Hiya Katy - I'm also in the UK. Could you let me know where you get your compressed pills from in the UK? I just find the veggiecaps are too big to take comfortably (OK, I'm a wuss) and would be keen to know whether the ones you take are a lot smaller If so, I'll give them a go! (Holland and Barrett only do the veggiecaps and the tincture).
many thanks Dan

Hi Danno - sorry it's taken me so long to come back to you - I buy mine from www.joypills.com or from different health food shops in UK. You just have to make sure it's tablet form.

Quest do compressed pills and you can get them on line www. quest.co.uk or in most independent health food shops in the UK.
