Jus started on 300mg a day so trying to get the hang of things, Ive got the 200x300mg Holland and Barret and they seem to upset my stomach unless I eat a large meal with them - is this jus the norm? All advice appreciated.

I am very thankful that you made this post :)
Im on the same SJW as you (special offer lol) and I felt awefully sick if I do not take it with a meal and Im only taking 300mg. After taking it for 1 month I must confess to eating tonnes of random stuff and not feeling sick despite SJW being a MAIO and today I took SJW 2 hours before I ate anything so its a symptom that dissolved for me.

Hi,
I didn't get any upset stomach with them- had them about 6 weeks but switched to Quest for quality as they came out 1st in some UK quality thing and I wasn't experiencing much change with the H+B.
