I have recently purchased Origin Brand St.John's Wort from Target. It is the standardized extract, 300mg,0.3% hypericin (per serving, which is 2 tablets), therefore it tells me to take 2 tablets three times a day. I wanted to know if any of you have tried this brand, and if you think it's okay. I've read all of the posts in this section, and this seems to be the correct mg, dosage, etc. I can't really tell yet how well it works because I just started it and have only taken SJW one other time in my life a long time ago. Thanks for any info!
