Hi there, I was on zoloft when I was first diagnosed with anxiety, but didn't like the effects so I have managed to stay off for almost 10 years, but need to do something. I'd like to try SJW, but can any of my fellow Canadians give me a good brand? How about the one that Kelly talks about on this site? Any info would be appreciated!

The brand I was taking (Prairie Naturals) has been pulled off the market because it contained Kava Kava in it as well. The same company also sells just SJW but I've not been able to find it in Calgary anymore, since I've been back from my travels. I haven't found the perfect brand again yet, but I did find a big bottle in Safeway that I bought...

I started using Costco's Health Balance 3 weeks ago. The label says it is double standardised.I am feeling good and have control over my thoughts and dont feel low any more.
The only side effect so far is insomania and I hope it will go away with time.
Well , I had frequent insomania before I started on SJW.
I am thinking of adding 5-HTP to SJW and see if it will cure insomania. BTW it cheap too--$11 for 180 caps 300 mg.
