hi
i am taking 400 mg SAMe daily. brand name Natrol. it works but i feel like i need a higher dosage which will cost more of course. did anyone use this brand and others so that s/he make a comparison?

well, let me answer my own question.
Nature Made is the only brand my doc recommends. and i do feel the difference after i switched.
