Hi I was wondering if anyone has used the tesco brand of sjw?
Says it has 170mg sjw and 500 ug of hypericin and says one tablet a day will this be enough was alot cheaper than the others

I've never used it, but I can tell you that one tablet a day probably won't be enough. The standard dose is 900 mg, standardised at 0.3% hypericin. That's 2700 microgrammes (ug) of hypericin. So you should take 5 or 6 a day to get the recommended dose. Unfortunately, UK brands rarely recommend the correct dose and they can be expensive - I'm guessing that 5 or 6 a day of the Tesco brand will work out very expensive. Other UK users have recommended Quest and Healthspan as being good brands - they are good quality, quite cheap and can be bought over the internet. They are sold as 300 mg tablets, so you need to take 3 a day, despite what the manufacturers say.

FYI: Quest is one of very few UK brands that recommends the correct dose right on the bottle -- 3 tablets per day.

my natures aid brand sjw says 500mg providing 1500ug hypericin
