I took it last year when I was 16 and I think this is one of the reasons I've become depressed for a year and a half. It givess you a lot of energy, and thats why I took it right before I worked out. Some days it made me feel good and other days I felt like crap. Xenadrine contains ephedra and it has been known to dehydrate and recently a professional baseball player died and the doctors said the ephedra in his system was the cause. Get the ephedra-free bottle if you insist on taking it.
