Hi There,
Really want to know a good brand of SAM-E, the brands I can get in Australia are probably ok for the average person although for me, they make me itchy. Wondering if there is anyone out there who really prefers a particular brand. It doesn't really matter what country it is from because I can get it over the internet.

I have been using NatureMade. Make sure to check expiration date.
Somewhere in this site someone posted about a website (consumer report) that talked about different brands. To see the full article the site wanted you to subscribe but it gave you a sneek preview, if I remember correctly, for 3 of the 15 or so brands they compared. They claimed that NatureMade was one of the brands that contained the correct amount of SAM-e that was stated on the label. You could probably do a www.google.com search and type in the word SAM-e to pull up the article also. I have had really good results with no side effects. There are others on this site though that had side effects from the Sam-e
