I have been taking sjw 4 12 days now, I started with kira tablets 2 times 2 a day for the first ten days, but then heard that capsules where better so started with a brand called zibrine has anyone heard of this brand or has anyone taken this brand that can help me with some info......

I'm also two weeks on Zibrine now. I have light headaches sometimes and I feel strange sometimes (seems as even more depressed). Is that normal or does it gets better the longer you're taking it?

I haven't heard of 'zibrine' but I'd say that either way, keep taking just one brand and see if it works. There are probably hundreds of different brands of SJW on the market now and many work, but some do not. Good luck.
