Have just decoded to go onto SJW and purchased Kira 3 a day ones here in UK
I now read on here that these are not very good or wrong dose...
Should I continue with them and maybe take an extra few a day until they are used up, then go onto one of the other brands and doses people have mentioned on here?

Yes, the 3 a day Kira that are available in the UK are the wrong dose. To be precise, they are only 1/3 of the usual dose. You may as well use them now you have them, so either take 9 a day (3 tablets 3 times a day) or if you want you could start on 3 a day and work your way up to 9 by the end of the packet. In either case you should switch to a different brand when they're finished. The other form of Kira available in the UK is advertised as one a day, but this is also wrong - they should be taken three times a day, which works out very expensive. Various people on this forum have recommended Quest and Healthspan as being good UK brands.
