Does anyone have any experience on combining SJW and Rhodiola...i used to take fluxotine and came off it fine after 8 months but after a relapse due to split up of relationship i see the signs of returning to my depression which stems from lack of confidence...especially when it comes to sexual matters. i found the fluxotine very helpfull on this and was looking for some advise. i have started taking SJW over the last couple of days but also have Rhodiola which i havent started taking. And would 5HTP be something to consider for this problem

Dumb question, but why not go back on fluoxetine? If it didn't affect your libido, it might be the first choice to evaluate.
I don't know much about Rhodiola. It's not usually thought of as being a serious AD (anti-depressive) herb, but that's not to say that it can't be beneficial. SJW, 5-HTP and SAMe would be the most prominent choices.
I'm not a big fan of mixing herbal remedies at random. SJW can be a wonderful AD, but you need to give it up to 6 weeks to take effect. In fact, that's true of any AD.

have just started taking it and i have noticed a consideable decrease in my sex drive and ability to orgasm.... is this normal?
