I am looking to start sam-e to help with depression but also want the benefit of the anxiety/insomnia/weightloss benefits of 5htp. Can I take both throughout the day? Should I test combining dosages to find the right mix? Anyone tried to use both concurrently?? Thanks for any feedback?

have you done this yet? if so what happened?
i am on SAMe too, but doesn't help much with anxiety, actually makes it worse.
