Hi Everyone

saw a Holland and Barrett St Johns Wort, 300mg at 0.15% hypercium, how much would i need to take a day?

At 300mg with 0.15% hypericin you could take up to six a day.

I didn't actually realise that H&B produced a 0.15% extract tablet.
As I posted on a different thread recently if you are in the UK H&B are selling 200 of the standard 3-a-day tablets (300mg / 0.3% hypericin extract) for Ł8.54.

Could be worth a try.
