Hi all !
I've been using St. Johns Wort on and off for 5 years now. It's been a great blessing in my life. I've been using Perika now for 7 weeks and... WOW! Definitly a difference in my opinion. Reading the forum it doesn't look like too many people are using it. I'd love to hear other peoples opinions/experience on this version of SJW.

I started out a year ago this month on Kira, switched to Movana a few months later and noticed a HUGE difference. When they stopped making Movana I was really worried about it and emailed the Movana people to find out if they recommended another brand. The brand they recommended to me was Perika. I don't find it to be as strong as Movana was (I take 4 per day to get *not quite but almost* the same effect as 3 Movana), but still better than any other brand I've tried since. Glad it's working for you, too!

I've been using Perika for about two months now. I was taking three a day, but went up to four about two weeks ago. I switched to Perika because of what I read on this site. I wish I could say it has made a dramatic difference in my life, but I can't. Perhaps there has been a subtle difference. I will probably continue with Perika for at least a few more months. I did not really expect SJW by itself to completely change my life. I am aware that I have to do other things, and I have been trying--exercise, eating well, etc. I also plan to try 5-HTP. Just ordered some. Good to hear Perika is working so well for you (and many others).
