I have found Vitamin Shoppe brand supplements usually to be of decent quality, however with SAMe you never know. Anyone have any experience with SAMe from VS? I used to use Lifetime brand SAMe - which worked incredibly. I get a caffeine like buzz but without the wiredness after like 36 hours. In other words, I FEEL NORMAL! Ha, yeah, so I tried VS brand and did not experience the buzz within the first 36 hours. Of course, this means nothing. I actually stoppd cuz I had a major major headache, and when something weird happens w/ my body, I stop all newly added supplements. Anyway, the point isn't that it doesn't work - I can't say for certain if it does or doesn't. Anyone have any comments on VS brand SAMe??
