Topic Title: Swiss Natural Sources with Ginko Biloba
| | "Swiss Herbal with Ginko Biloba" , Tue 7 Jan 05:39:
Has anyone tried this? I just started taking it yesterday, and I mis-read the label (or didn't read it carefully enough) and took 1200 mg because I thought the pills were 300 mg each but were actually 400 mg.
Anyway, I couldn't sleep all night, until about 6 or 7 hours after taking the pill. Could that be due to the ginko biloba? (I do also have a lot on my mind, but I felt pretty relaxed when I went to bed.)
I took another 2 pills this morning, figuring that taking them in the morning might be a better idea.
Any advice on how I should take the pills? Should I start out more slowly, taking just one pill a day?

I would take the swiss herbal without the Gingko at first and then maybe later graduate to the Gingko, I find that I have not tolerance for gingko, it gives me headaches etc.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the ginko is actually included right in with the SJW. It hasn't been giving me headaches, so I guess it's OK.
Not sure about the SJW, though. Thought it was helping for the first week or so, but now not so much. Only been 2 weeks though.
