Gidday to all, I'm new to this forum and also to the use of SJW.
I have begun using Healtheries SLW tea and am wondering if I'm
on the right track. It's a German brand of tea bag, each bag contains 820mg of SJW and suggests 2-4 cups a day. My question.
Is the tea bag method as successful as the capsules. As I notice
most forum readers are taking caps' and nothing is mentioned about the tea. Would I get more benefit from caps' or is it just a matter of taste. Would appreciate any tips.
