I'm currently taking Kiras one a day. I was taking one up until last week when I read some of the post on here, then I up'd it to 2 a day. However I'm running out of these now & I have just ordered some tablets from Healthspan. Could any one tell me how many I should be taking of this brand? Its all so confusing!

I was taking three a day of Healthspan, but confusingly, it says on the box that one a day is the correct dosage. There was a reply from Epyx to a post on Healthspan a month or so ago which explains this. Three a day is the right dosage. Incidentally, I took Healthspan for two and a half years with no ill effects.
