I live in Canada and I have just started taking SJW. I have 2 products that I can take, but I was wondering if anybody has tried either or both and if one works better than the other.

The first brand is "Jamieson" and states the following:

St. John's Wort - 1200mg (which contains the following):

Hypericum perforatum 300mg full spectrum powdered extract 1:4. Hyperforin active minimum 3% and standerdized to 0.3% hypercin.

These capsules also contain:

Ginkgo Biloba - 750mg
Lemon Balm Whole Leaf (Melissa officinelis) - 15mg
Rosemary Whole Leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis) - 15mg

I also have "Natural Factors" brand that states:

St. John's Wort Extract - 300mg (Hypericum perforatum) (which contains the following):

Standardized to contain 0.3% Hypericin (900 mcg per capsule) and 3% of Hyperforin (9mg per capsule).

Does anyone have any experience with either (or both) of these products? Are you having positive results with either? Is either one any better than the other?

I think the most important thng is how it works on you. If it work well on you people will be willing to try.

I live in Canada and I have recently started taking "Swiss Herbal Remedies" brand SJW.
It is 300mg capsules that contain 0.3% hypericin.
They've worked pretty well for me so far...
