hi everyone
I live in the U.k and totally confused!!!! Started taking SJW today 90 in pack costing £25.00!!! Advised 1 per day (300mg) what should i be looking for in the vaules of hypercium????? Would really appreciate any advice. if i have to take three 300mg per day this is going to be really expensive. Any good sites to find cheaper ones, pref with KAVA KAVA too

Hi there,
I'm also UK and taking Kira, (which were the only ones to work for me) but at £14.95 for 30 it was getting ridiculous. I tried iherb.com, and worked out that if I bought several packs at a time, it would work out at half what I pay here, even with $20 shipping. I ordered on Monday and they arrived today!!! I was really impressed, and will always do this in future. (And no, I don't work for the company!)

I'm in the UK. I got some 'Quest' SJW online which are 333mg extract=1000micrograms SJW extract. bottle 150 tablets for £14.99 inc.pp.take 3per day. Before that had Natures Aid brand=30 tabs for £4.99 SJW extract 500mg =2 tabs per day,each tab 1500micrograms. Not tried the Quest type yet, will be starting them today.......so far had just the 30 natures aid over past19 days(missed a couple from going out!) Still feeling grim at times though......have been taking Valerian too....still hopeful!

I don't know about Kava Kava, but www.healthspan.gg do SJW for the uk good quality and cheap (just take 3 a day of what they recommend as '1 or 2 a day').
