Hi everyone...I've been on and off anti-depressants for about 4 years, but stopped taking anything about a year ago and was feeling fine. Over the last monthor so I've found 'slipping' again.
I bought Tesco's (UK) own brand concentrated standardised 1 a day on a buy one get one free offer a few months ago and am about to start taking them. After all I've read on the discussion boards, can you tell me if I should/could be taking two or three a day instead of the one. Active ingredients reads: Standardised extract od St John's Wort 170mg (Hypercium perforatum) providing Hypericin 500ug).
Any help greatly appreciated on this one, especially those that have used this brand.

Hi Ya,
I looked at Tesco's own brand whe I first started, But I think I'm right in saying most here will say the same. You need between 2700 & 3000ug a day. I use Vega which I got in Tesco's it says one a day, but I was advised here to take three. Which gives me 2997ug a day.
All the best,
Kev.
