I am a new user of SJW - just started last night. I have read the various discussions about different brands. It seems like you just need to start with one and see if it works for you. Many people throughout the forum have tried Nature's Way. If Spring Valley doesn't work for me after a few weeks I will try the different brand. Please let me know your experiences on either of these two brands. Thank you.

has spring valley been workin???? i started taking it about a week ago and noticed affecte within the first few days... today i felt a little down towards the end of the day but i'm not sure if its just PMS..let me know if it worked...PLEASE!!!!!!!!
