Is Nature's Way really the best choice? I ordered Dr. Rico Perez's SJW last week along with Herbal Calm and Rico Alerta, but haven't recieved them yet because of a problem with shipping. I want to run to GNC and get their Standardized SJW but I'm confused. What should I try?
I'm depressed and suffer from S.A.D. I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with my new job and school, cause I'm always nervous and can't concentrate. I have been sleeping okay but I feel down most of the time. I've seen a doctor who prescribed Paxil. I took one pill and stopped right after reading about the side effects and withdrawls on the net.
I would appreciate any advice :o)

..I did the same thing with a 90 day presciption for Paxil, which I filled that day and my insurance didn't cover. GRRRRR!!!!! Do I ever wish I knew someone who could use it! what a $$$$$ waste.

I finally recieved the products. I've been on them for a couple of days. I feel better but I don't know if it's me or the SJW. I think it's me... :o)

Hey there, I also have a moderate case of Social Anxiety. About the brands, well they say that the active ingredient in SJW is hyperforin and the brand Nature's Way was shown to have the most hyperforin with the Natrol brand coming in 2nd. This clinical study came from vitacost.com's website. But of course this doesn't mean that these 2 brands are the only good ones. There are alot of other good brands out there that people have commented good about like Sundown, Natures Resource, Kira, GNC, etc. Just make sure the brand you choose is standardized to 0.3 mg or 300mg/ capsule.

Hi
I do not understand why SJW should be standardised to 300 mg 0,3% hypericin? In official literature recomended dose is always described as range, not as exact number.
