I have the Spring Valley brand from WalMart and it just says it contains all of the active ingredients including hypericin. I know some brands like Natures Resource and Natures Way says on the bottle that it contains hyperforin and how much. But mine doesn't say anything about hyperforin. So far it has helped my depression but my anxiety hasn't gotten any better. I've been taking it for 4 weeks now. I think I'm going to try another brand.
If anybody has been thinking about taking this brand, I would suggest looking into another one. Another thing the capsules are big and sometimes hard to swollow.

Try "Natures Own" I just got it at the chemist. Its got 13.5mg of Hyperforin and anxiety is the reason Im taking it.

Hey which store do you buy it from? I've been all around stores in my city and the only brands I've come across were Sundown, Spring Valley, Natures Resource and the GNC brand.

I am also from Australia and been taking Hypericum 2000 Plus by Nutra-Life [Health Food Shop]. I am very confused at the way the Australian SJW read with potency. Can you help? I know Blakcmores and Herron from Woolworths are 1.8mg Hypercin. I am currently taking a Herron SJW [1.8mg] after I ran out of the 2000's. But my anxiety has returned. Is the 1.8mg 3 times a day the recommended dose? Is the Hyperforin important to have in the pill like Hypercin? My anxiety is a issue the week of ovulation and the week prior to menstruation. What strength is your Hypercin in your pill? Thanks for helping.
