Topic Title: The down side of Natures Resource

I noticed that with the Natures Resource brand of SJW you have to take 2 capsules 3 times a day. This means you'll be spending more because the small bottle contains 75 capsules, meaning you'll be taking a total of 6 capsules a day and it will only last you 12.5 days. The big bottle contains 150 capsules and taking 6 a day will last you 25 days, still not even a full month and you pay over 10 dollars. I think the Sundown brand is the same way. I know Natures Resource is a real good brand but I prefer to stay with brands that will last longer. The kind I have now contains 150 capsules and I take it 3 times a day and it'll last me 50 days.

Nature Resources also sells a 60 pill bottle that lasts 20 days. It's only $1.50 more than the 75 ct one. I found it at the local supermarket. I suppose they do this to confuse people, and try to make more money. I bought both. One nice benefit to the 75 ct. bottle is it's pills are smaller, easier to swallow.

Hey Karla, I'm curious to know what new brand you're taking now? Sundown and Natures Resource should be like all the other brands but I guess they make more money this way, I've read here that maybe it's good for when one is ready to come off SJW, it would make it easier to taper off that way since you have six capsules instead of 3, who knows!
I take Member's Mark (Sams club) the battle has 200 caplets and it costs somewhere around $ 7.00/8.00. By the way it works great, and the label is very informative, it mentions the skin photosensitive and other information and recommendations as well. I'm very pleased with it!

Hi Catz, I'm taking Walmart's Spring Valley brand. The big bottle of 150 capsules costed me only 8 dollars and change. I don't know, I really wanted to try Natures Resource but I don't want to have to be buying it like every 2 weeks. I might look into some other brands. If I can't find another one like Spring Valley, then I'll just stick with it. I don't have a Sams card so I won't be able to try the Members Mark brand.

Hi All,
My brand says take One a day, because I'm taking three a day of them. It's costing me £19.47-$30.53 for a months supply. But I hav'nt got alot of choice because I'm a vegetarian.
All the best,
Kev.

Hi Kev,
I'm also UK. Which brand do you take, Kira? I'm also trying to take three Kira one a days every day, as well as 5htp, which ain't cheap either. I've tried other brand SJW but they don't seem such good quality, and Kira are always mentioned in tests as performing very well.
I'm feeling much better but I'll need to remortgage the house at this rate...it's costing a small fortune every month just to stay sane...:)
regards, juju

Hi Kev,
Wow, that's expensive for SJW but like you said if there aren't too many choices for you out there then there is not much you can do about it and the price is well worth it. You can't put price on happines :)

Hi JuJu,
I'm taking Vega SJW Standardised 333-complex full spectrum phyto-proz, what ever all that means. I got them in Tescos but have seen them in LLoyds chemists. I might check out Holland & Barrett to see what they have, if there ok for vegies.
All the best,
Kev.
