I started using sjw 3 days ago. I am suffering from terrible anxiety and because of this some depression has set in. I bought some sjw in liquid formula from Holland and Barratt(herbal authority), has anyone else tried this and did they find it helped them a great deal, or should I be looking at trying sjw in tablet form?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
