Hello Everyone,
First of all, i really want to thank Kelly for this great website, i got all the information i needed to start shopping for my first SJW tablets. Thank you!
Life is short and it's time i started enjoying it again. Which is why i was advised to take SJW by my doctor. I am 24 and have everything to be happy so i guess it must be depression that's bringing me down, even though until now i blamed it on other various reasons...
I think that just acknowledging you suffer from depression is really half the work done, and a big relief (No, i'm not a freak, thank God for that!!!).
The second step as far as i'm concerned is to start taking SJW. I went to various shops today, with all the information found on this website, and the best deal i found was:
120 tablets, 1500mcg hypericin per tablet for £11.99.
The brand is FSC and the shop that sells it is GMC.
I have a few questions:
1) Has anyone tried that brand (FSC) before?
2) Can i take 2 a day or would you recommend only 1,5 since it is really strong?
3) It doesn't say on the box if there is any hyperforins... how can i find out? Isn't that supposed to be more important than Hypericin? I'm confused!?
Please HELP!

I recently switched from an SSRI to SJW and I use FSC. I'd used it before and not noticed a difference but in the two weeks that I took nothing before starting the SJW I felt pretty depressed, then noticed a definite improvement on starting the SJW. I guess this means the product is at worst OK. I take one tab morning and one evening. Where is the GMC shop ? ( I live in Edinburgh )
