I have been taking sjw for a month now. I have been reading the posts on this message board and have noticed the dosage everyone seems to be taking is 300mg. My brand isn't clear on the dosage. I was hoping someone could help me decifer it. This is what it says: Each caplet contains: sjw......1500mg (Hypericum perfortum)(from 300mg 1:5 standardized extract with 0.3% hypericin). The directions say to take 3 caplets daily or as directed by your phamacist or health professional.
Can anyone help me. Thanks

Your tablets are basically the same as what most of us are taking: 300mg standardised tablets. Most of us take 3 of these per day, and that's what you should do too.
