Topic Title: Recommended brands in Canada?
| | "Recommended brands in Canada?" , Wed 5 Jun 09:51
Does anyone know of the best brands available in Canada? Does anyone know about the brand Flora? I'm on Effexor at present after trying Paxil and don't like the side effects of either. I'm going back to a stressful job in a few months and want to make sure I'm following the proper treatment to be able to resist the stress and not relapse back into a depression. Of course, I'm also working on excercise and nutrition to restore balance in my life...Any recommendations would be appreciated. Letitia

You can buy Kira in Canada. It comes in a pack of 50 tablets. I am currently taking both Kira and Quest (1 tablet each). I heard some good things about the Quest brand but I wonder if the Quest vitamins in Canada is the same brand as the one in UK or if they are using the same formula. The Quest SJW from Canada has 300mg SJW extract (0.3% hypericin) in a herbal base of kelp, peppermint leaf, scullcap, siberian ginseng, wood betony. Anyone cares to comment or confirm this is the same formula from Quest vitamins sold in UK?
