Hi, I wonder if anyone has tried Nature Made SJW (450mg) time release before and how good is it compared to brand like Kira? I am taking Kira now but I saw Nature Made SJW is on sale. It costs less than CA$9 for 40 caps (20 days) whereas Kira (300mg) costs $18 for 50 caps (17 days).
I don't want to change so quickly to another brand (I have only taken Kira for 2 weeks) but if Nature Made is good, I would like to buy some and try it later.

Dear Klo, In a study sponsored by the New York Times, Kira was the only brand thought to come close in having the potency actually stated on the label. I guess you get what you pay for...

Hmmm, I have used Kira and like it. I think you need at least 900mg of a good SJW product. I actually take in 600mg of Kira and 600mg of enzymic thearpy to equal 1200mg of SJW. I also use 400mg of Sam-e in the AM.
