I'm new to SJW - off zoloft for about 6 months - and just started with New Chapter a few days ago. I am noticing some changes and I haven't been taking the 3x300 dose people have talked about. This seems like a good brand. Any feedback?

I have used New Chapter SJW for over a year, with very good results. It's one of the only ones that lists Hyperforin content, and it really helps me to only take one a day.
I see you wrote you note in April. How did it work out for you?

could you comment on sc27's one-a-day dosage? specifically, everywhere i read about SJW, it recommends those that are 3 doses/day... i guess, more generally, i'd like you to comment on your experiences with this specific product. i've just started taking sc27 (too early too see results) and want to hear some others' reactions to it.
thanks for any info you can give!
