I started taking Quest this morning and am a little apprehensive about possible negative effects during the changeover period. What should I expect, and how long will it last?

I was taking a USA generic brand from Eckerds for almost four weeks and nothing. Then I switched to Enzymic Thearpy. It seemed like for the next week, I had stomach and a little more nervousness. However, I am on week three of the new SJW and feel GREAT :-)
