I have just today bought SJW and got the brand Natures Aid. Can anyone tell me if they have tried and and found it OK?

Yes I use that brand also. I buy the 90 tablets 500mg (1500ug) tub.


LABEL says this below:-

Ingredients:
St. John's Wort Extract, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Anticaking Agent (vegetable source Magnesium Stearate), Hydroxypropylmethylcelluose.

Recommended usage rate:
1-2 tablets per day with food.

Each tablet will provide on average: 500mg of Standardised Herb Extract giving a guaranteed consistent potency of 0.3% Hypericin, which is equivalent to 1500ug per tablet
