Hi Paul
If you scroll down the pages in this section there are a few postings about this.....but anyway, the one I take is called Quest Vitamins and is available from most health food shops etc. it seems to work fairly well and is not exorbitantly priced!
Whichever one you pick, stick with it for a few weeks to see if it has a tangible effect. Also don't drink alcohol whilst taking SJW, I learnt this lesson after 2 of the worst hangovers ever - Wanted to die, but also, alcohol seems to make one very depressed when on SJW, which obviously defeats the whole purpose of taking it!
