I am new to this, and just bought two bottles of Sundown St. Johns Wort. Anyone who uses this, have you had good experience, and how do you take the dosage (all 3 pills at once, over the 24-hour period, etc.)

yes i take sundown xtra 3X daily and works well for me good luck

hi, I noticed that you take sundown xtra. I have been taking the regular sundown, and just bought the xtra today. Are there any differences between them, reaction-wise? I know the difference in ingredients(gingko, etc).
