Hi, I am a 16 year old female w/ minor depression, and i have been doing alot of research on SJW. I live in WV, USA and was wondering what brands are available and actually work. PLEASE leave me information on this, and please list the brand name so that I would be able to purchase them.

I've had good luck with Nature's Resource Time Release Product. It's affordable and the reviews I've read seem to be positive. You can start with just one a day then advance to two capsules. I've also read a lot about Nature's way Perika, it also seems to have a lot of postivie users, but a little more expensive.

First I would recomend you talk to a doctor to discuss your problems and to make sure your depression is serious enough to take this supplement. And if you decide to do so i would recomend takeing GNC's (General Nutrition Center) Herbal Plus Standardised extract tablets 300mg 3 times a day or all at once if you like. Even start off at only twice a day if your depression is not that serious.
