I have been taking kira sjw for 3 weeks and have just bought a different brand today(power herbs). The reason i'm confused is that they both say they are standardized (0.3%) but kira has 300mcg per tablet and the other 1500mcg of hypericin and they both suggest taking up to 3 a day.
Also is it safe to take that much that my new brand suggests?
It's more than 3 times as much isn't it?
