hiya, i have just found this site and i must say its EXCELLENT - thanks Kelly!!!! with regards to Venlafaxine, yes i have been prescribed that and am having great problems with it. I feel complelety unmotivated,tired and "cant be bothered attitude" In the past i have used SJW (dont know why i stopped it really but it was early days then and not much research done) I am seriously thinking about stopping my Venlafaxine and going back to SJW as it made me feel more human and happier. With that in mind your symptons may be different so if its working for you then carry on, if you feel like me make an appointment with yr doctor so start diminishing your course and then try SJW.....good luck
