I have recently been diagnosed as suffering from clinical depression and was straight away asked to consider taking antidepressants but as I'm dubious about taking these, It was recommended that I try SJW. I Bought the Vega brand which is a standardised concentration 333mg per capsule, 1 per day. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks and have noticed that I sleep a little better but thats about it. Is there anyone else out there who takes this same brand? How's it worked for you?
