I have recently started taking one a day SJW by Kira. I read about this brand in a book on hypericum (SJW) and it was one of the recommended brands. This is because it has been used in a lot of trials and is therefore considered to be 'research grade'. I like it personally because I tried another brand a few months ago and i had to take three large tablets a day, which made me feel sick. This is a small, easy to swallow tablet at the same strength as taking three of another brand.
It costs about Ł15 for a months supply which sounds a lot but when you work it out it is not htat much more than buying other brands.

i am happier to be taking something that has proven to be effective in trials and only has one tablet a day...

does anyone else take Kira or have any comments on it???

I've been using the kira brand for a number of years with no problems.
You should try buying 60 one a day tablets (Ł21.95) from

If you buy 2 packs (Ł43.90) P & P is free - that gives you a months supply for less than Ł11 !
