Well that kind of sucked. I had to ditch Movana, it was sucking for me.

I was getting forgetful about stuff, my libido was null, and I was thinking wish I was dead thoughts and my head felt sort of stuffed plus I couldn't focus on stuff anymore.

So now I'm trying Flora oil. Almost an instant improvement, now we'll just see how it goes over the next couple days.
