Hi just wanted to ask somebody who's taken the GNC brand saintjohns wort. I am taking paradise herbs and its working out pretty good but i've heard that GNC is known for its potency and brand purity. Any suggestions? I just want to make sure i'm investing my money in the right products. Also any advice on switching brands would be helpful as well if it takes time to go thru the system again or u just get used to it right away?

I started out using the GNC brand of standardized SJW. It worked well. But because it wasn't also standardized for hyperforin I decided to switch to Enzymatic Therapy brand thinking that it would be more potent and do even better. That was a mistake. I felt crappy on it. So now I am back on the GNC brand and I feel very level and in a good mood most of the time. A tremendous improvement over my previous disposition. And I am only taking one 300mg capsule a day.
As far as making the switch between brands, I wouldn't switch if you have one that is working for you. But if you decide to make the switch, I guess you can do like I did, and just go immediately to the new brand at the same dose and see how it works. It may be a different potency so you may have to adjust the dosage, but I wouldn't think it would be that big of a deal.

hey thanks for the feedback. I'm actually still taking paradise herbs brands and have awesome energy and feel. I feel pretty good most of the time and when I'm down its either cuz I haven't eaten or I have PMS. Take care!
