I am not yet an expert in this field, as I have only been taking 1/3 of the recommended dosage of SJW for the past week. I just wanted to let anyone know that is interested that it is ridiculously cheap at Costco. I bought a bottle of 250 caplets, 300mg, for only $2- bucks, after an in-store instant rebate. Amazing, I know. So if you are a broke full-time college student with no insurance, like I am, then this may be a good route to check out. (I'm not sure if this deal is still going on though, so it may be as high as five bucks now). I have been having much luck with these. I do have a small-framed body, so maybe that is why only 1 pill a day affects me more so, or it may be that these are just more potent. Anybody else try this brand yet?
