My doctor wants to put me on the NUVA RING as a birth control to regulate my periods.I have been on other birth controls before and I had severe weight gain, very emotional, etc... so I was hesitant to get on this ring. I was doing some research and I came across someone saying that they took 5 htp with the ring and they had little to no side effects from the ring. Has anyone else every heard of this? Im wondering if it would conteract the ring? Hmmmm if anyone could give me some input or insite I would appreciate it:)
