I was told recently that it was okay to take both 5HTP AND Tryptophan together. (at different times)

Does anyone here do this?

Also ... I was told that SamE works on a different part of the brain and shouldn't be taken with 5HTP or Tryptophan?

Does anyone have information on this please?
